Agreement to these terms

Grek Factory is operated by GrekTech LLC ("GrekTech", "we", "us"). By accessing or using Grek Factory at grekfactory.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Grek Factory.

Early Access (Beta)

Grek Factory is in Early Access. Features, pricing, and availability may change without notice. Some capabilities referenced in the product — currently APK Export and iOS Build — are marked "Coming Soon": they are not available, not purchasable, and no charge can be made for them, regardless of any other description of Grek Factory you may encounter.

Accounts

You may use Grek Factory anonymously on a single device, or create an account with an email address and password for access across devices. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity that happens under your account.

Subscriptions and payment

Grek Factory offers Free, Pro, and Business subscription plans, and one-time paid exports (currently Source ZIP), billed through our payment processor, Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can manage your payment method or cancel your subscription at any time through the in-app Billing Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Paid one-time exports are generate-first: the export is produced before you pay, and you are only charged once it is successfully generated and you complete checkout. If generation fails, you are not charged.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, purchases are non-refundable. GrekTech LLC may grant a refund at its discretion. Any refund we do grant is processed through Stripe.

Your content

You retain ownership of the app designs, source code, and other content you create through Grek Factory ("Your Content").

You grant GrekTech LLC a limited right to store, process, and transmit Your Content as needed to operate and provide Grek Factory to you — for example, through our cloud infrastructure, and, only when you choose to use it, our AI assistant provider.

You are responsible for making sure Your Content complies with applicable law and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: use Grek Factory to build or distribute unlawful content; attempt to bypass its security, authentication, or payment controls; interfere with or disrupt the service or the infrastructure it runs on; or access another user’s account, projects, or data without authorization.

AI-generated content

The Advanced AI Assistant generates suggested changes to your app design using a third-party AI provider. AI-generated output may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before relying on it or publishing it.

Disclaimers

Grek Factory is an Early Access (Beta) product provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that Grek Factory will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every possible issue.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrekTech LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Grek Factory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Grek Factory is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using Grek Factory at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or misuse the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as Grek Factory changes. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Grek Factory after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to GrekTech LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
